Our neighbor, Keri, found out that Chris and I love bison. The next day she gave us some ground bison along with some bison steaks. We cooked up the steaks with sides of corn on the cob, tomatoes, grilled eggplant, and grilled peaches. There is nothing like a summer meal of delicious, fresh food prepared on the grill.
And, of course, we had to bust out our buffalo hat and put together this little thank you note.
