We spent Memorial Day weekend in St. Louis for Boo’s wedding! She is Chris’s “little brother” (I’ll let you wonder how that works) and our good friend from Clemson. She is also another one of those “real doctors,” as Chris would say. Boo is a super genius who works on really cool biomedical engineering stuff! She married Todd at the Washington University Chapel, and then we all partied at the reception at Ambruster Hall.
But backing up a bit… a few days before the wedding, Boo asked if I would bring my fancy schmancy camera and take some getting ready shots the morning of the big day. Last time I did this was for my sister-in-law, Heather… it was really fun, and I got some good ones, so I jumped at the opportunity to take the photos for Boo. I also loved having her around while I was getting ready for my own big day, so I really wanted to be there! We all hung out at the hotel suite while the girls rotated through with the hair dresser and did each other’s make-up.
Gotta love a bride with curlers in her hair and pliers in her hand!

Doesn’t get much cuter than this
No one tells you how to transport the cathedral length veil
YAY! Thanks for asking me, Boo! It was an honor, and I had a great time!
